The importance on knowing the financial position of a strata plan is very important. These records answer the questions such as;

* How much are the levies?

* Are there any special levies to                     consider?

* What is the annual budget?

* How does the annual budget track?

* How much money is in the bank?

* The cost of insurance and insurance         cover.

* Maintenance expenses.

MEETINGS AND DECISIONS

 

Pre-purchase inspections provide copies of meetings held within a strata plan. Here, a purchaser can see what decisions have been made in the past or for the coming year(s). 

 

MAINTENANCE

 

Maintenance and building work can be a substantial expense to a strata plan. A pre-purchase inspection provides information on past maintenance and any potential future maintenance.

This includes any work carried out under an insurance claim.
