Pre-purchase inspections provide copies of meetings held within a strata plan. Here, a purchaser can see what decisions have been made in the past or for the coming year(s).
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and building work can be a substantial expense to a strata plan. A pre-purchase inspection provides information on past maintenance and any potential future maintenance.
This includes any work carried out under an insurance claim.
